Energy is continuously moving. What moves in, eventually, must move out. If that process stops, then a build-up of stagnant energy compiles in one area. This is what we call dis-ease. Purity creates sacred space so that new energy can continuously flow in. You must be aware of how adequately energy is flowing in and out of in and out of your body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Negative feelings must be expressed in a healthy way, so they do not get lodged in, built up, explode, and cause harm to yourself or others. In this meditation, you will be guided through a body scan and focus on consciously moving energy using the sounds of the chimes.
